Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Free shipping is available for the first weight. Additional charges may apply for the paking weight over 2KG.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

To make a return, follow the store’s default return process to inform us of this return. We will then give you the return address. Please note that the goods must not have been worn; the reimbursement may be refused if the goods shows signs of use.(preferably in a box so that the bag is not damaged during transport)
We have Service Hubs in Singapore, South Korea and Canada. You will be able to return your bag using the carrier of your choice.
You will be refunded within 10 days of us receiving your return and you will be sent confirmation by email.
